One day, Daphne, an avid traveler, was scrolling through her Pinterest feed looking for her next adventure. She came across this poster showcasing the capital of Iceland, Reykjavik. She had never thought about going to Iceland before, but seeing the poster of the city intrigued her, and so, she decided that her next adventure would be in Iceland. Specifically, she wanted to go to the building that was shown in the poster. After doing some research she found that it was called Hallgrímskirkja and that it’s a church in Reykjavik.

A few months later, Daphne arrived in Iceland and was so excited! She landed at the Keflavík International Airport, and made her way to Reykjavik using the Flybus. After about an hour, she finally made it to Reykjavik! She checked into her hotel in the city and after putting her luggage in her room, she was ready to explore. She began walking around the city, looking at local shops, and even stopped at a cafe. Afterwards, she decided she wanted to see Hallgrímskirkja, but then Daphne realized that during her exploring, she had gotten lost! Since she was an experienced traveler, she wasn’t too worried because she could just pull up the Maps app on her phone.

When Daphne pulled her phone out of her pocket to look at the Map, she realized that she had forgotten to bring her portable charger into town with her, and her phone was dead. Panicked, Daphne looked for something or someone that could help her. Eventually, she turned down a street and found a cafe called Cafe Rosenburg. The atmosphere was very inviting, so she went in. Inside there were two employees behind the counter and a few locals inside enjoying some of the cafe’s drinks. Daphne went up to the counter and asked one of the employees, Alexander, how she could get to Hallgrímskirkja. Alexander was very nice and very helpful and with his instructions, Daphne finally made it to her destination!
